Take your Child
to Work Day
Rhani was so excited!
It was "Take Your Child to Work Day"
at her mother's office, and Rhani could barely wait. She put
on her favorite spring dress, combed her fur, fixed her eyelashes,
and was in the car before her mother even had her first cup
of coffee.
 Even
though Rhani was looking forward to spending quality time
with her mother, she was especially excited because she knew
what was in store for the day. She was going to meet a special
friend, make T-shirts, and eat lunch!
When she arrived at the office, the camel
made herself right at home. She greeted her newly aquired
friend, Pinine the puppy, with a big hug. They had met earlier
in the week, while accompanying their mothers to work, and
had fast become good pals.
Rhani and Penine played for a while and
then set about their business of learning. |
