Morning Chat in the Sunshine
Moose Quarterly   Milly Sun
Interviewed by Moose Quarterly in January 1999, Rhani and Buck revealed the unknown secrets of a relationship between moose and camel. Impressed by their spellbinding story MQ awarded them with the February cover, beating out the well loved celebrity, Bullwinkle, who was previously scheduled.   Rhani explains to her little sister Milly that warming yourself under the sun is both healthy and comforting. With the right amount of lotion, you can achieve a beautiful golden glow.

A Day with the Ducks

Musically Inclined
Duck Rock   Bongo
One sunny day, Rhani's travels brought her to the Wayside Inn in Sudbury, MA. As she basked in the warm sun, she daydrempt about what it would be like to be a duck. Rhani is somewhat jealous of her feathered friends, because when she swims, she gets soggy and sinks.   Rhani enjoys playing the djumbe drum, which inspires her to create original musical scores. This is the only instrument she can really play, as her clumsy hooves do not allow her to hold onto anything else.

Rhani waits for Santa Camel (although, some thought she was actually trying to imitate the Christmas tree). Christmas holds many fond memories for Rhani.   Hanging out after a long day of playing, Rhani is seen here with Tallulah, Milly, and Buck (left to right).

Kiss   Wheee!
Rhani gets a kiss from Jenna, the 6 month old kitten. Jenna has never seen anything like Rhani before, and is still trying to figure out what she is all about.   Rhani and Buck enjoy a ride in their new sled, while going for a new record in downhill sleighing. Rhani thinks she could be a better guide than Rudolph any day.

Merry Camelmas!

The Wedding Camel
Ho Ho!   Bridal Camel
This festive photo was taken for Rhani's "ultimate" Christmas card that she mailed out to all her friends.   When Rhani's mother was getting married, Rhani wanted to be just as glamorous and pretty. She bought her own bridal gown so that she could match her Scumma. She also wanted to look special for her new papa. The gown fit her perfect. No alterations needed!
